About

Alistair Lloyd’s passion for strategy and change has developed over several decades of professional experience and education.

He brings a systemic, multi-discipline approach, informed through senior roles defining and realising major change in private and public sector organisations.

Alistair applies a comprehensive understanding of strategy, governance and systems, with qualifications including a Master of Business Administration exploring transformation and change, and tertiary qualifications in information systems design. He is a qualified and active Non-executive Director and Board Chair.

Following over thirty years of corporate roles leading service operations and major projects, Alistair runs an independent technology practice – Lloydtech – supporting clients through tactical and operational services.

His experience includes product and service development, start-up businesses and solution consulting. He is a Casual Academic teaching post-graduate Project Finance at the University of Melbourne.
